Brazilian Vinaigrette Salsa
Brazilian Vinaigrette Salsa
½ red or white onion, diced
2 tomatoes, diced (if in season, if not the salsa is great without them)
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 red bell pepper, diced
1/3 cup chopped parsley
3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
3 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
2. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
